## ASHLEY BLAKER, AFTER OUR 3RD LECTURE on TUES. 2 JUNE @ 8pm !!

Ashley Blaker came to our Shool Hall on Tuesday evening, 2 June 2015, and certainly lived up to his claims. He arrived looking every inch the Golders Green Frum Jew, but his approach, his talk, his chatter, was every bit the quick and easy Talk Show Host, combined with the speed and wit of a fast moving excellent Comedy Artist.

                 He kept us interested, and entertained with his personal background, his Professional career of Writer, Presenter and Producer, interspersed with quick jokes, quite non-stop,  for about an hour.  At the finish, he took questions with a final flourish that was like his signing his name to the Story.

               We had a good audience, who all expressed their pleasure at a thoroughly enjoyable evening with him.

        We had a Raffle that sent several home with almost a Reward for coming, as well as the lovely Buffet set out by Lee Anderson and her Ladies Guild..

         We expressed, and express, our thanks to the Chief Rabbi’s Centre for Rabbinic Excellence for their generous support towards our series of 3 Lectures.  We look forward to providing yet more events in the future.
